By using Doodle Desk you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Free to use

Doodle Desk is free. You don't need an account. Donations through Ko-fi are optional and don't unlock anything extra.

Your drawings are yours

You own everything you draw or create with Doodle Desk. We claim no rights to it, and because it stays on your device, we never receive it. You may use your work for any purpose, including commercial use.

Photos you use

Only use photos you have the right to use. You are responsible for the photos you load into the app and for what you do with the results.

Fair use of the app

Please don't try to disrupt the site, overload it, or use it to break the law or harm others.

Keep your own backups

Your painting is autosaved only in your browser. It can be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing, or your browser frees up space. Export anything you want to keep. We can't recover lost work, since we never have a copy.

No warranty

Doodle Desk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI results may be imperfect. We may change, pause or stop the app at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Doodle Desk, including lost drawings or data.

Open-source parts

The photo features use open-source AI models: Informative Drawings (MIT License) and U²-Net (Apache License 2.0), run with ONNX Runtime Web (MIT License).

Privacy

How we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
